  • William “Bill” Tullo, OD, FAAO has practiced optometry in his hometown of Princeton, NJ, since 1988. In addition to providing routine eye care for children and adults, Dr. Tullo specializes in specialty contact lens fitting, myopia management, refractive surgery, and ocular disease detection.

    Dr. Tullo currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of OCULUS Inc., a leading provider of ocular diagnostic instruments that assist optometrists and ophthalmologists in the early detection of ocular disease. Previously, he was the Vice President of Clinical Services for TLC Laser Eye Centers, North America’s largest provider of LASIK surgery, where he worked for more than 20 years.

    Dr. Tullo earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry and served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at SUNY from 1988 to 1997. He has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry since 1990 and a member of the American Optometric Association since 1984. In 2011, he was recognized as a Diplomate in Cornea, Contact Lenses, and Refractive Technologies—the Academy’s highest honor.

    A sought-after speaker and subject matter expert, Dr. Tullo has lectured at more than 1,000 national and international meetings. He has authored numerous academic publications and scientific papers and was recently recognized by the U.S. Department of Defense for his contributions to ophthalmology and the advancement of military refractive surgery.

  • Dr. Michelle Chung, OD, FAAO, FSLS is a distinguished optometrist specializing in specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and ocular disease. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo before moving to the United States to pursue her Doctor of Optometry at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University), where she also completed an Advanced Studies program in Specialty Contact Lenses.

    Dr. Chung is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) and the Scleral Lens Education Society, recognizing her commitment to clinical excellence and advanced education in contact lens fitting. She has extensive experience in managing complex corneal conditions, including keratoconus, post-surgical corneas, and ocular surface disease, utilizing scleral, hybrid, RGP, and custom soft lenses.

    Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Chung is an active educator and consultant in the specialty contact lens field. She serves as a Clinical Consultant and Key Opinion Leader for Wave Contact Lens Systems and OCULUS Inc., where she provides training and lectures on advanced contact lens fitting and myopia control. She has presented at leading conferences, including the Global Specialty Lens Symposium (GSLS), Vision By Design (VBD), and the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) Annual Meeting, and has co-authored multiple academic publications and scientific posters.

    Her dedication to research includes involvement in orthokeratology studies at Salus University. Additionally, she has collaborated on clinical investigations in corneal rehabilitation and freeform RGP designs for irregular corneas.

    Dr. Chung loves practicing at Princeton Optometry, where she continues to provide personalized eye care solutions with a focus on specialty contact lenses and myopia management. She remains deeply committed to advancing the field of optometry through research, education, and patient-centered care.

  • Dr. Russell practices primary care optometry in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She earned her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and a Master of Science from Temple University School of Pharmacy. She is a Member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
